9 months and counting...

Hayden had her 9 month well baby visit last week...she is still way above average for her height and weight (22lbs and 30 inches). Each week she is doing something new. Last week she started climbing our stairs by herself! YIKES!! She is also starting to let go of objects once she is standing. She is really starting to like music too. She will press the button on her board books or music table to get it to come on and then start bouncing to the beat.

Here she is enjoying some scrambled eggs and cinnamon and raisin toast for breakfast.

She is concentrating on which items to put in her shopping cart...when she finds daddy's wallet she immediatly goes for the paper money and his blackberry(her favorite toy EVER...Jeff even said he needs to get her one of her own...I thought he was crazy for even speaking those words out loud!). She does have her own cell phone but not a blackberry. Last week she grabbed my phone and held it up to ear like she was talking...CRAZY! She is a quick learner!!

Riding Brody/The Bea's Visit/My First Nike's

Hayden loves her dog and he is very patient with her however she has started to try to ride him when he is trying to rest...like I said he is patient and tolerable, but if you can tell by his face he doesn't like it! I'm sure it has nothing to do with her pinching him and pulling out fistfulls of hair!

Here is Hayd posing with the Bea's. We figured their last name was easy enough to say but she just kept saying dog...maybe next time! She can also give you a high five now and is a crawling machine! I have had to do a bit of redecorating to accomodate her activity now that she crawls around pulls herself up, opens cabinet doors, scoots around furniture while standing. She loves to walk if you help her a bit...who knows how much longer it will be until she is off on her own?!

So Jeff has decided that he doesn't need to get a new car seat for his car. He insist Hayden likes being "snug as a bug". However I don't think she really fits anymore. I guess we will find out her latest stats when she goes to the doctor for her 9 month visit next week.
