2 week doctor's appt.

Hayden went to her 2 week doctor's appoinment yesterday and she weighed in at 7 pounds 9 ounces. The doctor said he didn't think it was possible for her to gain anymore in 1 week since she previously weighed 6 pounds 13 ounces. Obviously she has a good appetite!! He also said since she had gained all of her birth weight back and then some when didn't have to wake her up to eat...FYI last night she slept for 5 hours straight!! I can't believe how much she has already grown and is stretching out!

Newborn Photos

Hayden had her first photo shoot yesterday and she did a great job! They should be the most recent ones posted but if not it says "Meet Hayden" at the top! I can't wait to see the rest of them, I don't know how we will choose without spending a fortune!

So I thought it would be fun to post a timeline of my belly. I hope it goes back to normal someday...but from the looks of these later belly pics, I can't see how that would be possible!

38 weeks & 34 weeks

39 week Doctor Appt.

Yesterday Jeff and I went to my weekly OB visit. Unfortunatly I hadn't progressed at all...still only dilated to a "1" but effaced. So after the doctor asked me a bunch of questions about my contractions (I never get any that make me uncomfortable, just know that I am having them if I touch my stomach and it is really hard), she said if we wanted to she would induce me on Thursday otherwise we could wait. I opted to get it over with so we are getting admitted to the hospital tonight and hopefully we will have a baby tomorrow(May 15).

38 weeks

Well here it is...38 weeks picture, I don't think I look that big in person...I am going to blame it on a funny camera angle! Anyway, my cervix is thinned out and I am dilated to a 1. The doctor said the baby is very low and I shouldn't have to push very long once I go into labor so that's a bonus. So now we get to play the waiting game...hopefully she comes sooner than later!

37 week doctor appt.

Earlier this week I was at my weekly visit with the doctor and found out that I am 70% effaced and about 1/2 cm. dilated. I go again next Tuesday so more updates to come!!
